What I believe in:
#1 Nutrition- You need a simple eating plan that will fit into your busy schedule to prevent overwhelm, overeating and will fuel your body to have the energy you need to get everything done.
Learn how to eat to satisfy your body to prevent cravings and to keep you full throughout the day.
You will learn ways to dial in your nutrition while still eating the foods you love so that it is a lifelong sustainable habit to always support you and your lifestyle.
#2 Mindset- The second thing you need is to learn how to transform the way you feel about food, your body, exercise and time.
Mindset plays an important role in how you tackle each day and how you get over your self doubt to propel you forward.
You will use proven tools to support your success to help you reach your goals in both health and in life.
#3 Weight Training- The third thing you need is a well balanced workout plan that will help you continuously shed fat, increase your energy and metabolism, and create a beautiful body that you will love to live in.
We work on specific movements and techniques to shape your body and create the figure you have dreamed of.
My name is Stefani and I am a Registered Nurse (ADN and BSN) and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I have experience in Outpatient Psychiatric Nursing with training in women's mental health, Labor and Delivery, Internal Medicine and Acute Rehab (post spinal surgeries, diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid conditions and much more).
I am a spouse of an Active Duty Army service member and a mother of 5 children. I have experience with ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Anxiety, and multiple food allergies and sensitivities, most with my kiddos and some with myself.
I have spent my entire life working out and "dieting". I have struggled with not enough time, stress, overwhelm, lack of self care, low desire... you name it, I've had the struggle too!
I applied for nursing school with the desire to support women through pregnancy and child birth with the goal of becoming a midwife. Having 5 kids myself and as a military spouse, my goals have changed due to limited flexibility and my desires changing as life changed.
I desire to help women navigate the difficulties life throws at them as a spouse, a mother, and even just as existing as a woman in our society. We are groomed to believe in what we should be, what we should do, how we should look, act, dress. We are expected to be caregivers, to submit to the needs of what everyone else needs.
Why all of this information?

What exactly do I do and how can I help you?
I work with women who desire to lose weight and have struggled with doing it on their own; for many different reasons. I help you find the root of your struggles to help guide you to a path of freedom to achieve your goals. This path is different for everyone and at the end of the day it is much more than weight loss itself. I will help you transform your entire life from the root so you can set free the trapped and defeated woman you have become and reconnect with the true lioness that you are!
My hope is that if you are here, then I am your people. I hope we can connect, relate and work together because I am here to support you on your journey. I have experience and passion in many areas that women struggle with and I can help you back on the path to self confidence and trusting yourself again.
